Description
The CJC-1295 (No DAC) and Ipamorelin blend brings together two synthetic research peptides that act through separate receptor systems involved in growth hormone regulation. CJC-1295, also known as Mod GRF 1–29, is a growth hormone–releasing hormone analog that interacts with GHRH receptors and activates intracellular cAMP-dependent signaling pathways commonly studied in somatotropic research models.
Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist that has been investigated for its role in calcium-mediated intracellular signaling via G-protein–coupled mechanisms. In experimental settings, Ipamorelin is frequently used to explore receptor specificity, signaling kinetics, and hormone release patterns.
When evaluated together, this peptide combination is utilized in preclinical research examining growth hormone pulsatility, receptor cross-communication, and hypothalamic–pituitary signaling dynamics under controlled laboratory conditions.
